Starting only few short years ago, the FCC finally began devoting the resources and personnel to its complaint proceedings, reducing the amount of time in which decisions might be obtained. This beneficial change has created a valuable avenue for remedies to aggrieved persons who may have a claim against a telecommunications carrier.
